Our Doctors of Optometry are professional and passionate about the well-being of your eyes.

Dr. Chhibba, Dr.Trivedi and Dr. Menon have been raised in Winnipeg and are proud to serve their home community. Our doctors practice independently at South Winnipeg Eye Centre and Southdale Eye Centre.

Dr. Mani Chhibba

Independent Optometrist

Raised in Winnipeg, Dr. Chhibba completed her Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and Biochemistry at the University of Winnipeg. She pursued Optometry at the Illinois College of Optometry and graduated cum laude in 2011. She returned to Winnipeg in 2015 after practicing in Chicago for several years.

​Dr. Chhibba is passionate about community service and participated in a global vision clinic in India. Her professional affiliations include the Manitoba Association of Optometrists and the Canadian Association of Optometrists.

​In her spare time, Dr. Chhibba enjoys traveling, spending time with her family, yoga and cycling. She is accepting new patients of all ages and offers comprehensive eye exams in English, Hindi and Punjabi.

Dr. Sonal Trivedi

Independent Optometrist

Dr. Trivedi earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Biochemistry and Biology from the University of Winnipeg in 2011. She graduated with a Doctor of Optometry Degree from the Illinois College of Optometry in 2015. 

 Dr. Trivedi is happy to be back home in Winnipeg to serve the community that raised her. She practices comprehensive eye health and is happy to provide care to patients of all ages. 

Her professional affiliations include the Manitoba Association of Optometrists and the Canadian Association of Optometrists. In her spare time, Dr. Trivedi enjoys exercising and spending time with family and friends.

Dr. Rachna Menon

Independent Optometrist

Dr. Menon attended the University of Winnipeg where she earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry and Biopsychology. She then earned her Doctor of Optometry Degree from the Illinois College of Optometry in 2016. During her training, she gained extensive clinical experience in pediatric eye care, pre- and post-operative management, and ocular disease.

Since graduating, she has returned home to practice full-scope optometry in Winnipeg. She enjoys meeting and caring for patients of all ages. Her professional affiliations include the Manitoba Association of Optometrists and the Canadian Association of Optometrists.

In her spare time, Dr. Menon enjoys spending time with family and trying to keep up with her little one.
